Busy September

It was full speed for September. Tuesday we had Michael's first day in first grade and Alexia's fifth birthday. Today, Alexia started school. 

Pears in Newport

This year we picked the pears before the squirrels could get to them. These are the pears from one of our trees in Newport. Don't worry. We saved a few pears for the squirrels. Happy Labor Day!

Last Day in Vadilika

Spiros just sent these pictures. It's the kids last day in Vadilika. They are home tomorrow night. 

New Love

It's the World Cup and Michael is in love with baseball. He finally received his first baseball mitt and we found a small pink one for Alexia.

Michael's K Graduation

It was bittersweet at Michael's graduation. 

Sea Snails

Sea snails are delicious!!! Michael collected them from the harbor of Newport and we sauté them with garlic. Even Uncle Khoa ate a few.
