Cider Pressing

Today, the kids had cider pressing at school. They went through the whole process which is washing, cutting, grinding, and pressing. the best part was when they made a toast before they drank their hard work. 

Alexia's Birthday Walk

Today, Alexia's had her birthday walk at school. She held the Earth and walked around the sun 4 times because she is 4 year old now. Then, everyone held the peace rose and said something nice about her. 

Apple Picking with the Eassons

The Eassons are a lovely family. We spent the afternoon apple picking with them and then dinner at their house. Maimou loved the gala apples. They are a cross of an apple and a pear. Alexia sat on her daddy's shoulders to pick the apple up high. Lisa told me how she asked her kids to check their PH level, positiveness and happiness. What a good idea because the kids do turn toxic easily.
