Rocky Brook

Everyday is adventure with the kids and lessons to learn. We went to Rocky Brook today for our annual picking and visiting friend who live next to the orchard. We learned that you pick pear up and not twisting as apples. Also, the orchard prune their trees short because of hurricanes.

Pears in Newport

This year we picked the pears before the squirrels could get to them. These are the pears from one of our trees in Newport. Don't worry. We saved a few pears for the squirrels. Happy Labor Day!

Bow Ties

All dressed up for the Spring concert. Michael is so comfortable wearing bow ties. He is so handsome! Poor little girl getting stuck in the middle of Michael and his buddy.

Chicken Eggs

Thought it would be fun for the city kids to collect chicken eggs, but there was so many giggles when the kids stole the eggs right under the hens themselves. Michael told be that eggs felt so warm.

Happy Mother's Day
